A compassionate and personable healthcare professional, who is extremely passionate about mobility, flexibility, pain reduction, she loves helping patients achieve their wellness goals and living an active lifestyle.

Bayli is a dedicated and accomplished softball athlete who competed at both Louisiana Tech University and the University of Texas at Tyler.

Post- graduation she has worked as an Educator and Coach at Van ISD where she was the Volleyball and Softball coach. In 2023 and 2024 she led the Van softball team to Regional Quarter finalists, Area Champions and District Champs. And, in Volleyball in 2024 they were Bi-District finalists. Shortly afterwards she joined Arthrex Medical Company as an Orthopedic Medical Sales representative assisting nurses, hospitals, Sports Medicine doctors and surgeons by providing product education, case management support and technical expertise during various Orthopedic surgeries.

 Bayli is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Business

Administration, with the goal of using her education and experience to build a successful career and eventually start her own company. Beyond her professional aspirations, she looks forward to building a loving family and creating a fulfilling life both personally and professionally.

She also holds a certification as clinical assistant in Spinal Decompression, earned in 2025 at the DRX Decompression Mastermind Seminar in Dallas, further strengthening her clinical expertise.

With over three years of experience with practice, she has become a trusted and familiar presence in the clinic while continuing to advance her education towards a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree.

As a clinical assistant, she expertly manages and coordinates back-office modalities, earning a reputation as the office’s “traffic flow expert” for keeps the back office moving in a timely fashion.

She has also completed a certification in assisted stretch therapy through the Stretch Centers of America program, adding valuable hands-on skills to patient care.
